- Harman Sunner Added February 02, 2024★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆1st time here. Pressed the buzzer. There was a bloke sitting at the desk, who I made eye contact with. Not a word from him, just walks straight out. Pressed the buzzer 2 more times, still no answer. Then another bloke comes and I tell him I pressed the buzzer 3x, and he argues back saying no I heard only 2x. Was waiting around for 15min with workers walking around the place. CUSTOMER SERVICE people! Improve it. Another customer came a little while later, who said this is just standard Stramit. Incredibly POOR customer service.

- Kate Davis Added January 12, 2024★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This company is a joke. No one can help you no one returns calls or emails. We had our garage door’s delivered on the 1/11/23 but they didn’t deliver the tracks, mounting gear or chains. After calling and speaking with customer service and offered a half hearted apology we where told the following Monday(6/11) the remaining parts of the order would arrive. We waited but nothing was delivered, followed up with Taurean/Stamit and told delivery would take place Wednesday again we waited nothing arrived. We followed up again and told the next Monday(13/11) and again waited and nothing arrived. Finally HALF of what was remaining was delivered on the 16/11. We called again and explained half hadn’t arrived and promised it would the following Monday(20/11) . Well it was delivered but they sent the WRONG ITEMS. So our doors still are not installed and we are still waiting on an answer from Taurean/Stramit left three phones messages and two emails and no response!! So who knows as to when the correct parts are being delivered or if they ever will. AVOID THEM !!!
